Refund Policy

1. Clients are eligible for a full refund if the product is not delivered on time or if the order is canceled before it is confirmed. If an order is canceled after it has been confirmed, only half of the payment will be refunded.

2. If the shipping address provided to us is invalid or inaccurate, the refund request will be rejected.

3. If the client satisfies the following conditions, they are asked to submit a re-shipping or refund request through live chat or email, and they are responsible for providing the right order number and sufficient reason for the issue raised.

NOTE: Your refund and cancellation request will be considered only if the order is canceled within 2 hours after its delivery.
