Pressing special dimension hole should pay attention to

(2) when punching thick plate, please use a larger mold relative to the machining aperture. Note: at this time, the use of the usual size of the mold, the punch thread will be damaged.
(3) for the cutting edge of punch, the ratio of the minimum width to the length shall not be less than 1:10 in general.
(4) the relationship between the minimum size of the cutting edge of the punch and the thickness of the plate. It is suggested that the minimum size of the cutting edge of punch should be 2 times the thickness of the plate.
